MailGuard connects the email you choose to report with a focused security investigation. The Gmail add-on sends that message to SecOpsLife for review.
From your mailbox to a clear verdict
- Open a message in Gmail and choose Report to MailGuard.
- MailGuard preserves the selected original, including headers and attachments, and gives you a report reference.
- An analyst reviews the evidence and records a verdict. A separate notification can include the analyst’s comment for you.
You choose what to share
The current Gmail add-on reads the message selected for reporting. It does not automatically import your Inbox, ask for your Google password, or request permission to move or delete messages.
The original stays in your mailbox. A successful report is confirmed in the add-on; email notifications depend on delivery by the email provider.
Access and availability
Personal Gmail is the first release focus. Access is limited to accounts approved by the operator, and public Marketplace distribution is not yet available. There is no public installation link to share yet.
Outlook personal, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace have separate release checks. This page does not announce their general availability.
